Dr. Rossidis Ioannis is Assistant Professor of Public Management at the Department of Public Administration of Panteion University. Dr. Rossidis studied Business Administration at the University of Piraeus, holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of the Aegean, a Master’s Degree in Health Services Management from the National School of Public Health and a PhD in Public Management from Panteion University. Over the last decade, he has taught in a number of undergraduate and postgraduate programs in Universities. At the same time, he was employed at Hellenic Authority for Higher Education as Director of the Administrative Support Department, at the Ministry of Finance as Head of Department, at ATEBank as Head of the Operations Department and in other private sector companies as a senior executive. His academic and research interests focus among others on public management, business administration, strategic management, change management. Dr. Rossidis has participated as a speaker in numerous scientific conferences and is also the author of numerous scientific articles, books and monographs.
